Update of Control Area Balance file
| Strating from March 2, 2026 We would like to inform you about updates in the Control Area Balance file and send you a reminder for the survey regarding future data publication. Update of Control Area Balance file On March 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. the Control Area Balance file on our Swissgrid website will be completely revised as following: Balancing energy price (2-price model valid until the end of 2025) will be removed TERRE columns will also be removed, as the product was discontinued in December 2025 The columns will be moved accordingly. Columns B-G show national calls (aFRR, mFRR SA, mFRR DA, columns H-K show international calls (NRV, FRCE) The column for Total System Imbalance (Positiv = long / Negativ = short) is renamed to “Total System Imbalance” Timestamp will be changed to UTC format Filetype, filename and units remain unchanged No further changes are currently planned.
