The forecast NTC values take into account known shutdowns of lines, transformers and power plants.
Same as with the regular monthly projection, no consideration will be given to the weather situation (i.e. typical annual temperatures, precipitation and load ratios) or grid topology.
Contrary to the regular monthly projection, however, the values will not be harmonized with neighbouring TSOs. The monthly NTC values are indicative only and may deviate from the corresponding D-2 NTC values.
