By letter received today, Member of the Board of Directors Doris Russi Schurter has announced that she will not be available for re-election at the next ordinary General Assembly on 2 May 2017. Doris Russi Schurter, Member of the Board of Directors of Swissgrid Ltd since 2007, is Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee.
