We will focus on recent developments in congestion management, updates on NTC methodologies, news on cross-border capacity allocation and the status of the TERRE project.
Representatives of RTE and EPEX SPOT will present the planned scheduling processes at RTE and most recent market developments at EPEX SPOT. Furthermore, a representative of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy will give us a status update on their current projects and on the revision of the Swiss Electricity Supply Act.
The meeting will also cover the following topics:
- Pending workstreams of scheduling harmonization project
- Swiss balance group management and operational incidents
- Presentation of Equigy, a European platform using consumer-based devices and storage technologies to stabilise the transmission grid, initiated by TenneT, Terna, and Swissgrid
