Luca Baroni, Head of Corporate Services at Swissgrid, will become the new Head of Finances at BLS AG with effect from 1 January 2017. Up until then, he will maintain his current role at Swissgrid and thus ensure a smooth transition.
Luca Baroni, Head of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer of Swissgrid, will be leaving the company at the end of 2016 to become the new Head of Finances at BLS AG. He has worked for Swissgrid since 2005 and made a significant contribution to the establishment of Swissgrid and the successful takeover of the grid. The Board of Directors and the Executive Board regret the decision of Luca Baroni and thank him for his outstanding personal commitment as well as his service contributions during this important phase of the National Grid Company. Swissgrid will provide information on Luca Baroni’s successor in due course.
