All the proposals by the Board of Directors were approved at the 14th Annual General Assembly of Swissgrid Ltd held today.
Today in Aarau, Switzerland, the General Assembly of Swissgrid Ltd approved the 2019 financial statements, granted discharge to the Board of Directors and Executive Board, and reappointed the members of the Executive Board and the statutory auditors of Swissgrid Ltd for another year. The General Assembly ratified all the proposals by the Board of Directors.
