Swissgrid’s shareholders approved all the proposals put forward by the Board of Directors at today’s General Assembly.
Swissgrid’s General Assembly granted discharge to the Board of Directors and Executive Board and confirmed PricewaterhouseCoopers AG as the external auditor for a further year. There have been no changes to the Board of Directors. The current members were re-elected for another one-year term.
The next General Assembly will take place on Wednesday, 26 May 2027.
